TiE Global initiative in partnership with Boston team to roll out a Global project across Boston, Carolinas, Delhi, London and Seattle as the first pilot of 2009. Pitched at High School Students, grades 9 through 12 or the equivalent, the program is dedicated to young aspiring entrepreneurs to sow the seeds of entrepreneurship that germinates at a later stage when they are more ready to take off.
All participants are required to become TiE student members of respective chapters. The curriculum spans over 9 months from September 2009, culminating with the Global Business Plan Competition during April-May 2010.
This unique program offers a business plan competition along with hands-on inspirational courses geared to educate and groom high school students as entrepreneurs. Curriculum includes mentor based programs, taught by established industry leaders to foster innovation, leadership skills, creativity and confidence to lead in a competitive global environment.
